Application for scholarship

Alex's Philosophy was to treat everyone the same no matter their skill level and to encourage and inspire all players to do their best on and off the court. Do you promise to treat each teammate, campmate with respect no matter their ability/playing time, ethnicity  or size? Do you promise to give your ALL at every practice and follow the directions of your coaches and captains?  By filling this application out and signing below you are agreeing to follow Alex's philosophy on and off the court.
